No Conlon for Hatters

Stockport begin life without striker Barry Conlon when they travel to Barnet. Conlon left the club by mutual consent last week following a number of "off field" issues. The much-travelled frontman, who only joined County in the summer, was recently banned from driving after he drove whilst almost twice over the legal limit. Conlon had suffered with injury for much of his stay at Edgeley Park which has resulted in him not making the impact expected. Right-back Mark Lynch has been nursing a knee injury but looks certain to be passed fit, although he may be forced to settle for a place on the bench. Boss Paul Simpson has no other major injury or suspension concerns, however, centre-back Danny Swailes remains a long-term absentee with cruciate knee ligament damage.
