Mullins buoyed by fan power

County have lost two home games in quick succession during the past week after beginning their campaign with an encouraging goalless draw at neighbours Oldham. The losses to Bristol Rovers and Carlisle have added weight to the theory that Gary Ablett's paper-thin squad will struggle to survive this season. Yet Mullins said: "At most grounds when you lose two home games the team would be booed off, yet we were applauded off the pitch at half-time and again at the final whistle. "I think our fans see that we are all giving everything we've got for the County shirt and they appreciate that. "If we all continue to stick together I'm sure we'll be okay."
