Mawhinney issues Hatters warning

League One's bottom club have been in administration since April 2009 and look almost certain to be relegated.[LNB]League rules state that clubs cannot start two successive seasons in administration as the ongoing attempts by the Melrose consortium rumbles on.[LNB]Lord Mawhinney said: "The League's policy is clear, we don't permit clubs to start two successive seasons in administration.[LNB]"If I was a Stockport fan, there would have been an element of concern for some time."[LNB][LNB]
