Lord remains with County
Stockport have denied reports that Alan Lord has left the Edgeley Park club.
Lord will not continue in his full-time role as development manager but has accepted the part-time role of recruitment officer.
A club spokesman said: "Contrary to recent rumours, Alan Lord has not left Stockport County Football Club.
"He has merely changed his role from development manager to that of recruitment officer."
