Stockport boss Paul Simpson is hoping to have Jordan Rose and Robbie Williams available for the trip to derby rivals Macclesfield. Both players are nursing injuries but Simpson is hoping the defensive pair will be passed fit for action at Moss Rose. Gianluca Havern, Sam Hare and Ritchie Partridge all left the club this week after agreeing settlements on their contracts at Edgeley Park. Simpson had hoped to bring in a Premier League player on loan until January but his efforts failed to bear fruit. Simpson said: "We've got Robbie Williams and Jordan Rose who are both injured and I'm hoping that they might be fit, which will give us a couple more options. "Apart from that there's not a lot else we can do."
