The League One outfit may be forced to sell some of their best young players during this month's transfer window in order to balance the books.[LNB]But Gannon says the conveyor belt of talent at the club will stand the club in good stead should players be sold.[LNB]He said: "We're going to make sure that we work really hard on the training ground to fast-track the second generation of young players.[LNB]"We'll just working hard to maintain our competitiveness and who knows where it might lead us."[LNB][LNB]
