Ablett insists his team's approach will be the single most defining factor that will determine the outcome of the match.[LNB]The Ryman League Premier outfit arrive at Edgeley Park to face a County side who have lost their last three games - conceding nine and scoring one in the process - although the manner of Saturday's 3-1 home defeat to Norwich provides a cause for optimism.[LNB]Ablett knows victory is a must this weekend and he has seen nothing from their non-league opponents to cause any concern - but only provided his own players do what is expected of them.[LNB]"The onus is on us to prepare as we should and show Tooting and Mitcham the respect that they deserve for getting to this stage of the competition," Ablett told the Stockport Express.[LNB]"I think the only thing that will stop us winning the game, having watched them, will be us and the way we approach the game. It's a big game for them, it's their cup final. But if I wanted to be mercenary about it we need to progress because of the finance it brings into the club.[LNB]"If we approach the game against Tooting like we did on Saturday (against Norwich) I think we'll win the game. If we don't and we allow them to get a foothold in the game then we'll find it very tough. But it's a big game for us. It's a really big game."[LNB][LNB]
