Goodall in line for Stockport debut

Rock-bottom Stockport will be without Robbie Williams for the home clash with Chesterfield but new recruit Alan Goodall may come into contention. Left-back Williams' contract at Edgeley Park has expired but defender Goodall has joined from Rochdale on a contract until the end of the season. Defenders Daniel O'Donnell and Aaron Brown joined the League Two strugglers last week and made their debuts in Saturday's 4-0 hammering at Rotherham. Stockport have failed to keep a clean sheet in the last 13 games and have the unenviable record of 65 goals against in just 28 games. Yet caretaker boss Peter Ward said: "There is still a lot to play for and we owe it to the fans of this club to work hard and turn results around."
