Defensive woes for Hatters boss

07 March 2010 13:23
Hatters defender Paul Huntington gifted Charlton a seventh-minute lead when he bundled the ball into his own net after Kyel Reid sent in a cross.[LNB]The Addicks doubled their advantage just three minutes later when Akpo Sodje rose between two defenders to guide home Frazer Richardson's cross with a fine header.[LNB]Ablett said: "I thought we were culpable for both goals. We turned our backs on the throw-in which lead to the cross for the first and then our player heads it into his own net.[LNB]"The second was a good header but Akpo Sodje was unmarked. Teams don't score good goals against us at the moment and we can't afford to keep doing this."[LNB]He added: "There's been an improvement in our performances in the last six to eight games and I think we showed that in the second half here, but we lost the game in the first."[LNB][LNB]
