County stay silent over speculation
County are believed to have financial difficulties and the board are involved in discussions to try and secure its future.
And Connelly has now moved to veto any news releases from either the club's board or the supporters trust board following rumours and speculation that he believes to be doing the club "great damage".
A statement on the club's official website read: "Neither the trust board nor the club board will issue any further statements until we have something concrete and positive to say.
"At this point I am hopeful that this embargo will not be in place for long.
"Our intention is to deliver a club that will be strong both on and off the pitch and that is capable of planning for an achievable and very successful future."
