County release trio
Stockport trio Gianluca Havern, Sam Hare and Ritchie Partridge have all left the club after agreeing settlements on their contracts at Edgeley Park.
County boss Paul Simpson had hoped to bring in a Premier League player on loan until January but his efforts failed to bear fruit.
Yet Simpson told the club's official website: "We are working very hard to bring fresh faces in, and with the funds released we are in a position to do that when the loan window opens again next week."
There was some good news for County, however, as left-back Robbie Williams agreed a full-time contract.
