Scottish Premier League newcomers saw off the challenge of Stockport as they beat them 1-0 in a friendly on Monday night.
Shane Sutherland's goal 10 minutes from time proved to be the difference between the two - the striker powerfully heading home from a corner.
It was a rare moment of quality in a dull game, with neither side creating enough chances to cause concern for the other.
