Bignall set for County cup debut
The 19-year-old Reading forward enjoyed loan spells at Northampton and Cheltenham last term, scoring in the Royals' 5-1 Carling Cup victory over Football League newcomers Burton earlier this season.
Bignall goes straight into the Hatters' squad at Gresty Road as Gary Ablett's men go in search of only their second win of the season.
Oli Johnson (ankle) and Adam Griffin (groin) should again be available despite recent knocks but veteran goalkeeping coach Paul Gerrard looks set to again be ruled out with a groin strain.
