Ablett calls for Hatters response
Ablett was furious after County were dumped out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy with a 3-1 defeat at Port Vale on Tuesday.
He made wholesale changes for the trip to Vale Park but was shocked by his side's surrender and warned any repeat performances in the league could spell relegation trouble.
Ablett said: "There were six changes, but the team I sent out was more than capable of winning that game.
"We have to improve because if we don't we are in serious trouble, even at this early stage of the season."
