McDonald torn in two on big day Stirling Albion player-manager Greig McDonald will miss out on his side's big day against Rangers as he is getting married. The central defender drops out of the Forthbank playing squad with coaches Shaun Fagan and Marc McCulloch taking on his managerial duties. Striker Scott Davidson returns after suspension, while only Bradley Coyne is unavailable due to a knee injury. McDonald said: "My wedding was arranged a long time ago and it's not affected our preparations as it has been a lot easier to find out information on Rangers ahead than it was on last week's Scottish Cup opponents Dalbeattie Star. "Our boys will get stuck in and hopefully they can make it a day of double celebration for me." Rangers have been handed a double injury boost ahead of the trip. Ian Black (hamstring) and Dean Shiels (groin) have both recovered from injury ahead of the trip to Forthbank. David Templeton (ankle), Andy Little (foot) and Francisco Sandaza (broken cheekbone) remain on the sidelines.
