Stirling eye fresh play-off charge

Stirling Albion will be without Willie Robertson and Marc Lamont, who left the club this week, as they prepare to face Elgin City at Forthbank.

Craig Comrie misses out through suspension and Scott Buist remains out with a groin injury however Moses Olanrewaju has shaken off a knock and is included.

Assistant manager Martyn Corrigan said: "The play-offs are a long shot for us now but we have to go out and try and win every game. If we do that and other results work for us then we can create a bit of excitement.

"Elgin will come here looking to keep their title push going so it should be an open game."

Elgin miss Marc McKenzie, who is suspended after being sent off during a brief display as a substitute against Annan last Saturday, with Dylan Easton starting a two game retrospective ban.

Darryl McHardy is unavailable, with manager Jim Weir saying: "We are at a stage where there is no room for error. We need wins to secure our play-off place and to be in a position to benefit should East Fife and Clyde falter.

"Stirling are a side who are very good when they attack and we need to stand up to that. We have slipped back in terms of winning away games and want to put that right."
