Bishop blow for Stirling

Stirling are without the suspended Jamie Bishop as they host Elgin looking for a win that would guarantee a promotion play-off place if Berwick fail to beat East Stirling.

The only other absentee in the Forthbank squad is Brian Allison, who will not feature again this season due to a knee injury.

Manager Greig McDonald is looking for his men to continue their excellent recent form.

McDonald said: "We are on a decent run with three wins in a row and a fourth one would see us taking a huge step towards the play-offs even if other sides win. It will not be easy as Elgin gave Berwick a real fright last weekend."

Elgin have Sean Crighton and Jamie Duff available after the SFA overturned their dismissals against Berwick last weekend on appeal.

Paul McMullan (ankle), Brian Cameron (foot) and Mark Nicolson (hamstring) remain out and with Ciaran McLean unavailable youngster Adam MacLeod has been added to the squad.

Manager Barry Wilson said: "I am pleased that common sense prevailed and that we have both players available for this weekend. It is disappointing that their dismissals played in our defeat last weekend.

"Stirling will want a win to get the play-offs however we want a win to set us up for a good end of the season."
