Stirling without suspended duo

Stirling will be without David McClune and Kieran McAnespie when they host Elgin as the duo were dismissed during the 1-0 defeat to East Stirling - a result which saw them drop out of the play-off zone.

Darren Smith is missing with a calf injury, Ross Forsyth remains absent with a groin problem and Lee Hamilton is struggling to make it with a shoulder injury.

Mark Ferry misses out due to work commitments with manager Grieg McDonald saying: "Our objective is simple and that is to win and get back into the top four.

"Saturday was frustrating and I am looking forward to getting that it of our system."

Elgin are without Jamie Duff who is suspended following his red card against Peterhead.

Eight other players have been ruled out. Connor McAulay has work commitments with Darryl McHardy and Cieran McLean unavailable due to restrictions placed on them following a recent jail sentence.

The injured Paul McMullan (ankle), David Niven (toe), Mark Nicolson (hamstring), Brian Cameron (foot) and Jamie Masson (knee) miss out with Shane Sutherland facing a fitness test.

Manager Barry Wilson said: "We will have a makeshift team out but if we show the same spirit that we showed before losing 3-2 to Peterhead on Saturday we will have something to build on."
