Comrie set for Albion bow

Stirling Albion include new signing from Craig Comrie in their squad as they look for their first win of the season over East Stirling.

Jamie Clark and Bradley Coyne left the club this week, Chris Smith remains out with a knee problem and Stephen Day looks set to miss out due to work commitments.

However, on-loan Rangers defender Luca Gasparotto is available after a one-match ban.

Manager Greig McDonald said: "We have a very good home record this season and we want to make it an even more impressive. Beating East Stirling and getting back into the top four will be a great way of doing that."

The Shire make the short trip to Forthbank without full-back Nathan Shepherd, who has a knee injury.

But defender Richard Miller is included in the travelling party after returning to the club from a loan spell at Musselburgh Juniors.

Head coach John Coughlin said: "We were disappointing at both ends of the park against Montrose last week in the 2-2 draw. We gave away soft goals and missed lots of chances and that is never a good combination.

"I am looking for better at Stirling. We had a very good 3-1 win there earlier in the season and it would be terrific to achieve a result like that again."
