Smith boost for Albion as they bid to make it seven unbeaten

Stirling welcome back Ross Smith from suspension as they look to extend their unbeaten run to seven matches when Arbroath visit Forthbank.

Ross McMillan (hamstring), Phil Johnston (knee) and Craig Beattie (hamstring) are all out with Albion's assistant manager Martyn Corrigan warning his men against being caught out by the Gayfield side.

Corrigan said: "When we played up at their place Arbroath caught us twice on the break. They broke twice and scored two goals to win 2-0 and we need to be ready for that this time.

"We are not losing a lot of goals at the moment and long may that continue."

Arbroath will be without Andy Ryan, who has returned to Hamilton at the end of his loan spell, but Bobby Linn has shaken off a knock and is available to manager Todd Lumsden.

Jamie Reid and Kane Hester have shaken off respective ankle injuries but a lack of match practice means that they are set for substitute roles.

Lumsden said: "Stirling are going through a very strong period at the moment where they are not losing many goals and are picking up points as a result.

"However we know that this is a game that we can win and climb back over them in the table."
