o;?Stirling down to bare bones

Stirling manager Greig McDonald will need to dig deep into his resources for the clash against Albion, with six players ruled out and four more touch and go.

David McClune (ankle), Phil Johnston (thigh), Brian Allison, Ross Forsyth, Chris Smith (all knee) and Graham Weir (suspended) are all sidelined, while Darren Smith, Jamie Bishop, Kieran McAnespie and Dale Fulton all face fitness tests.

McDonald is still hopeful of getting a result, saying: "Albion were impressive last weekend but if we can play like we did in the second half against leaders Peterhead, then we are in with a good chance."

Albion are without suspended pair Alan Reid and Ciaran Donnelly but will hand new signing Dom Kennedy a debut if international clearance is received in time.

Liam Cusack is rated as an injury doubt for the Scottish Cup quarter-finalists.

Rovers manager James Ward said: "We have enjoyed plenty of attention following our cup win over Stenhousemuir but it is back to reality now.

'It is time to get our feet back on the ground and get the win that will see us start our promotion campaign off again.

"Teams are getting away from us in the league and we need to ensure we stop that."
