Late leveller denies Stirling
Stirling moved above local rivals East Stirlingshire into the play-off places despite Craig Gunn's late equaliser for Elgin denying them all three points in a 1-1 draw at the Forthbank Stadium.
Alex Cunningham gave the Binos the lead four minutes into the second half after latching onto Jordan White's reverse pass with a low, left-footed effort that flashed past Raymond Jellema into the back of the net.
Elgin grabbed their equaliser after 84 minutes as a Paul Harkins corner was smashed home by Gunn into the top corner.
Gordon Finlayson almost snatched an unlikely victory for City with a curling effort that just flashed past the right-hand post with three minutes remaining.
