Teddy Sheringham has plenty of options as he looks to stop Stevenage's rot

Stevenage manager Teddy Sheringham has no fresh injury concerns ahead of Saturday's Sky Bet League Two clash with Wycombe.

Sheringham's side are looking for their first win in eight matches - a miserable run of form that has seen them slide to 20th in the table and knocked out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy.

Chris Whelpdale's stoppage-time equaliser snatched a draw at Exeter last weekend and Stevenage will be hoping to build on that display against sixth-placed Wycombe.

Striker Adam Marriott, who misses out with a knee injury, is Sheringham's only notable absentee.

Jason McCarthy could make his debut for Wycombe after joining on a one-month loan from Southampton.

The 19-year-old, captain of Saints' under-21 side, strengthens Wycombe's defensive options with Anthony Stewart expected to be sidelined for another couple of months.

Captain Paul Hayes has not played for more than a month because of an Achilles injury.

The striker has been receiving shockwave therapy treatment to aid his recovery and the club have recently purchased a shockwave therapy unit to allow Hayes and other players with chronic injuries to be treated in-house.
