Grant boosts Boro Stevenage welcome Anthony Grant back from suspension as they host Portsmouth. The midfielder missed the 1-0 victory away at MK Dons as he served a one-match ban for his dismissal against Colchester. Striker Patrick Agyemang is building up his fitness following a thigh injury but is unlikely to be involved, while Jon Ashton remains sidelined with an Achilles problem that has ruled him out of the club's last four fixtures. Lee Hills (thigh) and Don Cowan (hamstring) are unavailable as the duo continue to battle back from their respected injuries. Andy Iro may be handed a debut for the club. The 27-year-old former Columbus Crew and Toronto defender signed in September but hadn't played since January and needed to build up his fitness. Iro was named among the substitutes at the weekend and is in contention. Portsmouth could hand a second debut to Carl Dickinson in the away clash. The left-back returned to Fratton Park on Monday, signing a one-month loan deal from Watford, and goes straight into contention. Dickinson could replace Adam Webster in Michael Appleton's side after the young defender was called up to the England Under-18 squad to face Italy at Mansfield on Wednesday night. Appleton told the club's official website: "It's a good opportunity for him. I've had to stop him from going away three times now because of the situation we're in. He can now get the chance he deserves with England." The only other absentee is Darel Russell, who is still struggling with the hamstring injury that has forced him to miss the club's last five games.
