No worries for Boro
Stevenage have no fresh injury worries for the visit of Peterborough.
Boro, bottom of Sky Bet League One, were able to introduce Darius Charles as a second-half substitute in the midweek loss to Leyton Orient after he had been suffering with a leg injury and Charles looks set to be available for selection from the start.
Michael Doughty also shook off a knock to play and he will hope to force his way into the starting line-up along with new loanee Curtis Obeng.
The Swansea defender will stay with Boro until the end of the season and will hope to feature against Posh.
Jack Payne is an injury doubt for Peterborough.
Payne will have a precautionary scan on a groin problem and the results will determine whether the midfielder is involved at the weekend.
Conor Washington, Jack Baldwin, Ben Nugent and Nicky Ajose were cup-tied on Monday night as Posh sealed a trip to Wembley next month in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy final with a penalty shoot-out win against Swindon at the County Ground.
That quartet come back into the reckoning, leaving Payne as the only possible absentee.
