Long misses out
Stevenage will be without midfielder Stacy Long for their trip to Cheltenham.
Long was sent off for two bookable offences in Boro's draw with Crewe last weekend and will serve a one-match suspension.
Laurie Wilson, Peter Vincenti and Joel Byrom are all vying to replace Long, who boss Graham Westley felt was unfortunate to be dismissed.
Striker Charlie Griffin came through the draw with the Railwaymen after being a doubt ahead of the game due to concussion and he is set to start once again.
But fellow striker Chris Beardsley is out for six weeks with a dislocated shoulder and midfielder Darren Murphy also remains sidelined with a shoulder problem.
Stevenage are unbeaten in their last three league matches and will be looking for their first away win of the season.
