Beith boost for Stenhousemuir in bid to avoid fifth straight defeat
Stenhousemuir will include new loan signing Angus Beith in their squad as they look to stop a run of four consecutive defeats when Forfar visit.
Beith has joined on loan from Hearts, while Stephen Stirling returns to contention after suspension.
But both Ross Meechan and Jamie McCormack sit out bans and both Allan Smith and Kieran Millar are sidelined with groin injuries.
Ochilview manager Brown Ferguson said: "We need to start the game properly as too often recently we have only started playing when we have been behind.
"We have played the top four in our last four games and it has been tough, however hopefully we can start this next run of games with a win."
Forfar add former Dundee United midfielder Scott Smith to their squad after a successful trial period and Scott Martin returns after illness.
But Michael Travis (knee), Michael Dunlop (leg) and Euan Spark (shoulder) are all expected to miss out.
Manager Gary Bollan said: "A glance at the league table tells you how important a game this is.
"We have managed to move up one position recently on the back of the three good performances and this game gives us the chance to move up one more.
"It is great that we have been playing good football, but to be honest I would settle for a win without a performance in this one."
