Robb desperate to impress

Midfielder Steven Robb is desperate to make up for an injury-ravaged start to the new season by forcing his way back into the starting line-up with St Mirren.
The 27-year-old appeared as a late substitute in the 3-2 defeat at Dundee United, having been sidelined since mid-September after being forced to undergo surgery on a hernia.
Robb told the Daily Record: "It was good to get a run-out.
"Now it's a case of getting my fitness up through playing games. I had a hernia operation, but just want to forget about my injuries.
"My aim is to stay fit for the rest of the season and play as many matches as I can."
