Mair leaves Pittodrie for Buddies

St Mirren have signed Lee Mair on a two-year contract after the central defender left Aberdeen.The 28-year-old, who joined Aberdeen from Dundee United two years ago, was out of contract with the Buddies' Scottish Premier League rivals. Mair made 28 appearances for Aberdeen this season, but the departure of Jimmy Calderwood as manager appears to have sealed the defender's move to Paisley.
