St Mirren boss Gus MacPherson is unsure whether star striker John Sutton will still be at the club next season.

The 23-year-old forward has found the net ten times this season to add to the 17 he scored last term as the Saints won promotion to the SPL.

"We've made John an offer, but he's not snubbed it," said MacPherson.

"Not at any point has John said 'I'm not signing' but we've made him the offer and nothing has changed.

"But there are about six or seven players at the club who are out of contract at the end of the season and I wouldn't like to think that all the attention is going to be on John alone."
