Innes hopes for full recovery

Veteran St Mirren defender Chris Innes remains optimistic that he will be fit to feature in the Co-operative Insurance Cup final against Rangers next weekend.
The 33-year-old has been troubled by a torn abductor muscle for the past few weeks, but expected to be back in contention for the Hampden Park showpiece.
He told the Daily Record: "The injury is getting better every day and I am optimistic I will be fit for the final.
"I want to play but, ultimately, if I'm not 100 per cent fit then I will be doing a disservice to myself, the manager and my team-mates if I said I was fine."
