The teenager is presently with Sporting Club Accra and has recently been representing his country in the under-17 equivalent of the African Cup of Nations. Reportedly, someone with links to Saints has seen him playing and invited him over for a trial, which will take place in pre-season.
How much truth there is in this remains to be seen - I'm unaware of us having any African scouts and the only Google results for the player's name are stories about him coming to us! Who knows, maybe we're in the process of unearthing a gem.
