Two players called up

Saints' midfielder John McGinn has been named in the latest Scotland under-19 squad, while young defender Jack McMahon has made it into the under-15s.

The only surprise about McGinn's inclusion is its for the under-19s rather than the under-21s. He has been terrific since he broke into the team in November and the only thing missing from his game is a goal. It's not his first under-19 call up and hopefully he'll get some game time against Sweden on March 19.

McMahon, meanwhile, is in the group of young Scots heading to Italy for a tournament in mid March. They will take on Italy, Germany and Russia so it will certainly be a tough test for them all!
