Scotland call for Kenny

Kenny McLean has been named in the Scotland under-21 squad for next week's friendly against Portugal in Setubal.

The Saints midfielder has been a regular part of the squad for the last year or so and fully deserves his place, having put in a string of top performances for the Buddies. With a number of clubs rumoured to be considering making a move for his services in January, McLean's inclusion in another under-21 squad will only see his stock rise further.

The squad for this game has been picked by Ricky Sbragia as regular under-21 boss Billy Stark is in charge of the full team following Monday's sacking of Craig Levein.
