European and world champions Spain were given a torrid time by a hard working China outfit before Manchester City playmaker David Silva came to their rescue with an 84th minute winner in Seville.
The 1-0 scoreline was hardly expected in what was supposed to be a morale boosting excercise for Vicente Del Bosque's but the Chinese had other ideas and carried a 0-0 scoreline deep into the match.
It was the final preparation match for the champions before they head off to open their Euro campaign against Italy on June 10 before following matches against Ireland and Croatia.
