The Football Association has handed Southend United boss Steve Tilson a two-match touchline ban and fined him £500.
Tilson was handed the punishment for his behavior during the game with Leyton Orient in early February.
The Shrimpers boss was adjudged to have used abusive and/or insulting words towards match official Danny McDermott during the 2-2 draw.
Tilson will be forced to watch the matches against Tranmere Rovers and Port Vale from the stands as the suspension starts on Monday April 21.
