New injury woe for Walker

Southend United forward James Walker has suffered a setback in his recovery from a hamstring injury.

The 21-year-old has not featured for the Shrimpers since late January and suffered renewed problems during a reserve team loss to Colchester United.

Blues boss Steve Tilson told the club's official website: "It's too early to tell how serious the injury is, but it's in the same area again, so it doesn't look good for James unfortunately.

"I'd be very surprised if he was fit again in time for Saturday and it's disappointing, because we have real injury problems in attack at the moment."
