MacDonald bid accepted

Southend United striker Charlie MacDonald is on the verge of joining Brentford after the Shrimpers accepted an improved offer for the 27-year-old.
The Bees had two bids for the former Ebbsfleet and Crawley Town forward rejected earlier this summer, while MacDonald has turned down the chance to move to Morecambe.
Cambridge United also failed with a £25,000 bid for the striker.
The Southwark-born forward moved to Southend from Ebbsfleet last summer but scored only five goals for the club in the 2007-08 campaign.
