The striker has spent the past month at Edgar Street, scoring twice in seven appearances, before his initial agreement expired over the weekend.[LNB]Shrimpers boss Steve Tilson has revealed that although the Bulls were keen to hang onto the 21-year-old's services, he has instead opted to return to Roots Hall and compete for a starting berth.[LNB]"James returned for training (Monday)," Tilson told the club's official website. "Obviously we are very light on numbers at the moment so that is welcomed.[LNB]"However, what pleased me the most was he genuinely wants to come back here and fight for his place. He's played some games and scored some goals which will have boosted his confidence and fitness.[LNB]"Hereford were keen to keep him and extend his loan but James wanted to come back and we are pleased to welcome him."[LNB][LNB]
