The Shrimpers let a two-goal lead slip at the Memorial Stadium and were consigned to a 4-3 defeat after Anthony Grant scored a last-gasp own goal.[LNB]But on-loan striker Vernon has urged his team-mates to show a positive response as they prepare for a hectic Easter schedule.[LNB]He told the club's official website: "We have Yeovil on Saturday and Gillingham next Monday and we need to pick up points.[LNB]"Since I've been here we haven't been outplayed once and we fancy ourselves against anyone. We're all still confident we can stay up, but we have to start getting more points."[LNB]Belgian midfielder Franck Moussa will play no part in the Shrimpers' Easter fixtures as he will serve a three-match ban following his sending off against the Pirates.[LNB][LNB]
