Great day, the longer it was 1-0 the longer the pressure was on them really. We felt we did well, we knew if we stuck at it, we could get something out of it."Valiants caretaker boss Mark Grew told BBC Radio Stoke: "We said before the game that it's not about playing well, it's about results. Lee Collins is distraught, but one mistake hasn't lost us the game today. We were individuals and not a team today. We've got to take it on the chin and it's a difficult one to take."For all the League Two action played on the weekend of April 8th-9th, including Tilly's Imps losing their fifth on the trot, and, a Matt Paterson goal for the Hatters!:http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_div_3/default.stmFor the full S24 report on Valiants v Shrimpers, with player markings, go here:www.southendunited-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/shrimpers_stop_away_rot_as_prosser_shocks_port_vale_in_final_minute_666288/index.shtmlLuggy has his say on Luke:www.southendunited-mad.co.uk/news/tmnw/sturrock_luke_prosser_had_an_indifferent_start_with_us_grew_the_lads_are_distraught_666623/index.shtmlAnd a local view of the game:www.portvale.vitalfootball.co.uk/matchrep.asp?a=238195FixturesLeague TwoTuesday, April 12th; Bury v Burton Albion, 19:45.
