Ipswich Town: Having not done enough in his brief trial with Southend United, full back Shane O'Connor seems to be going home!
Shane O'Connor: More Irish bound than Essex! We were told that nobody would sign as a Shrimper after the closed door friendly against Colchester United on January 4th, welcome Mr. Flood from that game, but one who was fancied to join and also played in the 2-1 defeat was Ipswich Town left-back Shane O' Connor, and he looks as he could be going the other way across the Irish Sea from our recently signed former Bohemians striker.
