Tilson's manpower shortage was so acute that he could name only four substitutes, including Lee Barnard who was not fully fit but was introduced 15 minutes from the end in Tuesday night's League One clash at Elland Road.[LNB]Rui Marques and Richard Naylor headers were enough to give Leeds victory but Walker faces up to six weeks on the sidelines after being forced off in the 42nd minute.[LNB]Tilson said: "Individually we did okay but we need a bit of experience and we don't have many players like that who are available at the moment.[LNB]"The youngsters did well but it is tough to keep playing them and we need a bit of know-how in the position we are in.[LNB]"Leeds scored from their set-pieces and we didn't score from ours. We just need a little break to go in our favour at the moment, but after going two goals down early in the game we saw a great reaction from the lads."[LNB][LNB]
