Goals from Scott Dobie and Ben Marshall inside the opening 13 minutes of the League One clash at Roots Hall made life tough for the Shrimpers.[LNB]But two goals in three minutes from Franck Moussa and Adam Barrett put Tilson's men back on level terms before the half-hour mark.[LNB]Southend skipper Barrett was sent off for a second bookable offence after 67 minutes, but Tilson was left satisfied with a point.[LNB]He said: "I was disappointed to concede two goals in the way we did, but I was a great response to get back into the game.[LNB]"To be two goals down when we have struggled to score goals and then come back is a credit to us. We still have to keep going and while it's possible to avoid relegation we have to believe that we can do it. The belief, commitment and desire is still there.[LNB]"I think the decision to send Adam off was a poor one, but fair play to the lads, we were down to 10 men but they still created a couple of chances."[LNB][LNB]
