But the striker, who has recently recovered from an ankle injury, missed an opportunity to get back on the pitch when Tuesday's reserve game with Colchester was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch.[LNB]Tilson told The Echo: "It's a shame for Francis because he's back fit now and would have figured in the reserve game with Colchester.[LNB]"He's been training with us for a few days but now we need to get his sharpness back and the match with Colchester would have done him the world of good.[LNB]"We had to protect the pitch ahead of Saturday's game with Tranmere though but Francis will keep working hard in training and it will be good to have him back."[LNB]Meanwhile, Southend's postponed clash at Swindon has been rearranged for Tuesday March 17 with a 7.45pm kick off.[LNB][LNB]
