A dramatic stoppage-time goal from substitute Francis Laurent gave the Shrimpers their first away league win of the season after Nicky Forster's first-half double had cancelled out goals from Lee Barnard and Roy O'Donovan.[LNB]Tilson said: "That is what Laurent can do, he's got pace and trickery and it was a great finish. Fair play to the lads - they have dug in and worked hard. This was a terrific result for us."[LNB]Southend had drawn five of their previous seven league games, so Tilson was even more delighted to turn the performance into a victory. He added: "It is a massive plus, and it shows what we can do."[LNB][LNB]
