Tilson admits Scannell injury setback
The 24-year-old will miss the rest of the season after breaking his fifth metatarsal in the 3-0 win over Walsall on Tuesday night.[LNB]The injury could not have come at a worse time with the Shrimpers just a point from safety, but Tilson is hoping someone else steps up to the plate.[LNB]"It's a massive blow to lose him as he has done really well of late," Tilson told the club's official website.[LNB]"But nothing surprises me this year. He has been our best player in the last eight or nine games so it's disappointing.[LNB]"It gives someone an opportunity though to get into the side and do well. He has been impressive but he's out of the side now so we have to move on."[LNB][LNB]
