Third Time Lucky: Cheltenham Town v Southend United - New Date
The League Two clash which was called off due to the adverse weather conditions at Whaddon Road has been given a new date, the third time the teams will try and finish the game! v The League Two game between Robins and Shrimpers has been re-arranged at the Abbey Business Stadium for Tuesday, December 14; kick-off 19.45.The fuse box caught alight, two floodlights went out, the players came off never to reappear, and that was only the first time, on Tuesday, November 2nd with the away side losing 1-0 on 66 minutes!Second time around, four weeks later on Tuesday, November 30th, they didn't even get on the pitch, as it was frozen, and called off early that morning. The original decision was that you had to retain your ticket stub to get in at a 50% discount but now, to make sure they get as big a gate as possible, that applies to everyone even if you tore your ticket up in anger as going all that way for nothing, something at least you didn't have to do last week!
