Paul Sturrock is a man who doesn't mince words, but he's had enough talking about cup defeats, and Bilel Mohsni!

Sturrock: 'The club will internally discipline Bilel'   Blues boss boss Paul Sturrock have seen hios side knocked out of the FA Cup and Johnstone's Paint Trophy by Oldham and Swindon respectively over the last week, and he's had enough talking about it.   For him now it's all about league footy; gaining points and promotion, starting with the visit of fourth tier strugglers Bradford City, yet to win an away game all season!   Sturrock told BBC Essex:"As far as I'm concerned Oldham did not happen. I am now a league manager. If you want to discuss the future of this football club I'm quite happy to do so. As far as I'm concerned it's the last time I'll ever discuss Oldham and the last time I'll ever discuss Swindon. We're out of the cups. The one important thing to do now is to promote this team. We can only do that by winning league games."   As for a certain French Tunisian utility player, Bilel Mohsni lasted 38 minutes in the 1-0 cup replay defeat to Oldham, after picking up two yellow cards in that time, and Luggy confirmed that his second suspension of the season wlll bring extra punishment from within.   Sturrock said:"Mohsni's a signed and registered player. He will be penalised how any other player would be under the internal rules and regulations of this football cub. The club will internally discipline Bilel."   And when he was asked if Mohsni had indeed attended training on Thursday, the veteran Scot replied: "I would hope to think so. Most people go to work and get paid. If he's not then that's another discipline problem."   'Nuff said!   Blues not rallying to Bilel: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk    'Could have divided dressing room'; CP's views: www.echo-news.co.uk    Fans mixed on BM future: www.echo-news.co.uk    Interesting stuff; what do you think, discuss it here: http://boards.footymad.net    Have a vote on it: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk    S24 is looking to build up it's editorial team, why not join us at the Shrimpers fastest growing unofficial site with up to and over 2,000 hits a day currently this month?   If you have something to say on the present exciting times at Southend United or an idea for a new poll, then click on the link with your article or contact details and we will get in touch, just a few lines will do: www.southendunited-mad.co.uk
