He played the full 90 minutes, and it was pleasing to see Kyle Asante do very well too. He had been out for a year with a cruciate ligament injury but scored a hat-trick and has now forced his way into the first team squad. He showed good speed and sharpness and deserves to be rewarded. I'm pleased the reserves, like the youth team, are now doing well and we're certainly moving in the right direction."Certainly Asante's display in the 4-0 Blues Two's hammering of Luton reserves stood out and who knows we could see a Crawford/Asante axis against Stanley to give Blair Sturrock a break.Certainly, top scorer Corr has been a shadow of his former self in the last couple of games.As for the defeat and trying to get back to winning ways as soon as possible at the weekend, Luggy was in warning mode. Sturrock said: "It was always going to take time but it was disappointing our recent run ended against Shrewsbury. But they again showed during the week with a 5-1 win at Lincoln City, who had also been in great form, that they are a strong side. Shrewsbury have real ambitions to be promoted but we want to bounce back from the defeat against them when we head to Accrington on Saturday. They're a good team who are well organised and hard to beat. They have drawn their last two games and will be very difficult opponents for us."
